开式吸收式热泵及吸收器机理研究现状分析

摘要 针对热湿蒸汽的余热回收问题,整理分析传统冷凝式余热回收及开式吸收式热泵在热湿蒸汽余热回收领域的应用,并就两者在余热回收领域的优缺点进行了比较。同时深入解析了目前开式热泵在相关领域的应用,并对其重要部件--吸收器的吸收机理及强化传热传质研究进行了研究分析,对当前吸收器的设计原理及方法存在的问题提出了意见与建议。 Aiming at the problem of waste heat recovery of hot and wet steam,this paper analyses the application of traditional condensing waste heat recovery and open absorption heat pump in the field of waste heat recovery of hot and wet steam,and compares their advantages and disadvantages in the field of waste heat recovery. At the same time,the application of open-type heat pump in related fields is deeply analyzed,and the absorption mechanism of absorber,an important component of open-type heat pump,and the research on enhancing heat and mass transfer are studied and analyzed. Some suggestions and suggestions on the design principles and methods of current absorber are also put forward.
