岩棉制品是良好的绝热保温材料,黏结剂的配制及施加方式、施加量会直接影响产品的质量和生产过程中能源消耗和有机废气的排放,在生产过程中,需要根据在线产品质量要求及产量变化及时调整黏结剂的配制浓度及施加量,提高施加效率,实现节能环保。
Rock wool products are good insulation and heat preservation materials. The preparation and application of binder will directly affect the quality of products and the energy consumption and organic waste gas emissions in the production process. In the production process,it is necessary to timely adjust the concentration and amount of binder according to the online product quality requirements and output changes,so as to improve the application efficiency,save energy and protect the environment.
