泛在学习理念下的公众环境教育探讨

摘要 环境教育在提升公众环境素养中发挥重要作用。随着现代信息技术的发展,教育思维的转变,公众环境教育应迎合社会发展趋势,采取新举措推动环境教育创新。泛在学习具有既可克服公众环境教育时间少,同时又活化了环境教育内容,帮助公众由被动学习转变为自主学习的优势。泛在学习的公众环境教育建议从三个方面开展:①构建环境教育信息共享平台,创造泛在学习环境教育条件;②创建情境化环境教育模块,激发泛在学习者的兴趣;③建立交互式环境知识学习模式,增加公众在泛在学习中的参与性。 Environmental education plays an important role in improving public environmental literacy. With the development of modern information technology and the change of educational thinking, public environmental education should take new measures to promote it innovation. Ubiquitous learning at anytime and anywhere has the advantages of overcoming the lack of time for public,and activating its content and helping the change of public from passive learning to autonomous learning. The suggestions based on the new idea were put forward: Firstly,?building the platform of information sharing to create conditions of ubiquitous learning environment education;Secondly, creating situational environmental education module to stimulate the interest of ubiquitous learners;Thirdly, Establishing interactive learning mode of environmental knowledge to increase public participation in ubiquitous learning.
