摘要
《民用机场运行安全管理规定》将航空器轮胎扎伤定义为不安全事件,据不完全统计,各航企通过中国民用航空安全信息网上报的轮胎扎伤不安全事件数量占所有不安全事件的绝大多数。航空器轮胎扎伤,轻则必须进行跑道临时检查,造成航班延误;重则可能造成航空器爆胎从而导致飞行事故。此外,当航空器轮胎扎伤次数超标后,航企必须更换轮胎,从而增加了航企的运营费用。因此,航空器轮胎扎伤是一个不可忽视的问题。
The regulations on the Administration of Operation Safety of Civil Airports define aircraft tire puncture injuries as unsafe incidents,according to incomplete statistics.The number of unsafe incidents of tire puncture injuries reported by aviation enterprises through the China Civil Aviation Safety Information Network accounts for the vast majority of all unsafe incidents.Aircraft tyre puncture injury,light must undergo temporary runway inspection,resulting in flight delay;seriously,it may cause aircraft tire burst resulting in flight accidents.In addition,when the number of aircraft tire puncture injuries exceeds the standard,the aircraft company must change the tire,thus increasing the operating expenses of the aircraft enterprise.Therefore,aircraft tire puncture is a problem that can not be ignored.
