摘要
我国现运营众多新舟系列飞机,使用785720-6型空气循环机对驾驶舱和客舱进行温度调节、通风和增压。因此,空气循环机性能的好坏对飞机增压空调系统起着至关重要的作用。随着飞机使用频率的增加,单架飞机空气循环机的故障次数也在逐年增加,用户每年因空气循环机故障送修占据了运营单位大量的维护费用。我院拥有对该型空气循环机丰富的使用和维护经验,可通过对MA600飞机运营以来的排故经验和送厂修理数据来进一步优化日常维护措施,延长空气循环机的使用寿命,提高维护水平。MA60和MA600飞机使用同一型号的空气循环机,该项研究同样适用于MA60飞机,因此也具有实际的推广意义。
China now operates a large number of Xinzhou series aircraft,using 785720-6 air circulation aircraft for cockpit and passenger cabin temperature regulation,ventilation and pressurization.Therefore,the performance of the air circulation machine plays a vital role in the aircraft supercharged air conditioning system.With the increase of aircraft frequency,the number of failures of single aircraft air cycle aircraft is also increasing year by year.Users occupy a large number of maintenance costs of operating units every year because of the failure of air cycle aircraft.Our hospital has rich experience in the use and maintenance of this type of air circulation aircraft.Through the troubleshooting experience since the operation of the MA600 aircraft and the repair data sent to the factory,we can further optimize the daily maintenance measures,prolong the service life of the air circulation machine,and improve the level of maintenance.MA60 and MA600 aircraft use the same type of air circulation aircraft,and this study is also applicable to MA60 aircraft,so it also has practical significance.
