摘要
小型先进模块化反应堆(SMR)是当今核能技术发展的热点领域。以国际主要核大国业已成熟的小堆技术和中核集团的“玲珑一号”为例,从安全法规要求、技术安全目标等方面分析,证明小堆拥有严格的安全法规,高于三代核电标准的技术安全目标,与不断加强防人因失误管理工作,显示小堆技术是安全的。
Small modular reactor(SMR)is a hot field in the development of nuclear energy technology.Taking the mature small reactor technology of the major international nuclear powers and the"Linglong No.1"of the China Nuclear Group as an example,it is proved that the small reactor has strict safety regulations from the aspects of safety regulations,technical safety objectives,and so on.The technical safety objectives above the third generation nuclear power standards and the continuous strengthening of human error management show that small reactor technology is safe.
