摘要 针对航标失常原因的复杂性、模糊性、不确定性,采用模糊理论与灰色关联理论相结合的方法建立模糊灰色关联分析模型,以南海海区某水域近10年的航标失常统计数据为例,对航标失常影响因素进行模糊灰色关联分析,从定量的角度得出各影响因素对航标失常的影响程度及各影响因素之间的关联关系。结果表明:各因素对该水域航标失常的影响程度不一,船舶碰撞对其影响最大,其次是恶劣气象,影响最小的是人为破坏。研究结果可为航标建设、维护、管理工作提供思考。 In view of the complexity,fuzziness and uncertainty of the causes of abnormal navigation marks,a fuzzy grey relational analysis model is established by combining fuzzy theory with grey relational theory.The statistical data of abnormal navigation marks in a certain area of the South China Sea in recent 10 years are taken as an example.This paper makes a fuzzy grey correlation analysis on the influencing factors of navigation mark abnormality,and obtains the influence degree of each influencing factor on navigation mark disorder and the correlation between the influencing factors from a quantitative point of view.The results show that the influence of various factors on the abnormal navigation mark in this area is different,the ship collision has the greatest influence on it,the second is bad weather,and the least influence is man-made destruction.The research results can provide thinking for the construction,maintenance and management of navigation marks.
