摘要
机关党的建设是机关建设的核心和灵魂,也是机关建设的根本保障。党的十八大以来,各级机关党的建设取得显著成绩的同时,机关党建“灯下黑”问题,特别是政治意识淡化、党的领导弱化、党建工作虚化、责任落实软化的问题不同程度地存在。新时代提高机关党的建设质量,要以政治建设为统领,突出政治属性,强化问题导向,着力夯实基层基础,推动机关党组织全面进步、全面过硬,以“永远在路上”的韧劲把全面从严治党推向纵深发展。
The Party-building in government offices is the core and soul of the administrative organization,and is also the fundamental guarantee for the building of the administrative organs.While the Party-building at all levels has made remarkable achievements since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,problems persist as shadows under the lamp,especially the weakening of political consciousness,the loosening of party leadership,the superficiality of Party-building work,and the laxity in taking responsibility,which exist to different degrees.To strengthen and improve Party-building in government institutions,we must take political construction as the guide,highlight the political attributes,strengthen the problem-orientation consciousness,lay solid foundation in community level,and with tenacity and perseverance,to promote comprehensive and strict management of the Party in government offices.
