摘要
2017年以来,法国和德国决心重启“法德轴心”,改革欧盟,振兴欧洲。“法德轴心”发挥领导作用,必须得到欧盟成员国的认可,其中,中东欧的响应和支持必不可少。法国和德国对中东欧地区的关切不断上升,其中包括对中国-中东欧合作进程的关切;两国对中东欧的政策也具有了更多的一致性。中国在发展与中东欧国家的合作的同时,应兼顾法德两国的利益诉求,寻求合作共赢的局面。
Since 2017,France and Germany have determined to restart the“Franco-German Axis”with a view to reform the EU and revitalize Europe.In order to play a leading role,“Franco-German Axis”must be recognized by other EU member states.The response and support of Central and Eastern Europe is indispensable in this regard.France and Germany are increasingly concerned about the Central and Eastern Europe region,including concerns about the China-Central and Eastern Europe cooperation process.The two countries have increased coordination on their policies towards Central and Eastern Europe.While developing cooperation with Central and Eastern European countries,China should take into account the interests of France and Germany and seek a win-win situation.
