摘要
近年来,我国建筑行业快速发展,建筑工程项目实施中,工程单位越来越重视合同管理。合同管理的实施对于工程结算、工程造价等具有重要的作用,可以保证工程投资收益的最大化。因此,为提升工程效益,各个工程单位在工程实施中要处理好合同管理、工程结算与工程造价之间的关系,发挥合同管理应用的作用,实现投资控制的理想效果,提升工程效益。
In recent years,China’s construction industry has developed rapidly.In the implementation of construction projects,engineering units have paid more and more attention to contract management.The implementation of contract management plays an important role in project settlement and project cost,which can ensure the maximum return on engineering investment.Therefore,in order to improve the project efficiency,each engineering unit should handle the relationship between contract management,project settlement and project cost in the implementation of the project,and play the role of contract management application to achieve the ideal effect of investment control and improve project efficiency.
