摘要
目的探讨肝包虫住院患者应用护理健康教育路径的临床效果。方法选取2016年2月至2018年2月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第941医院收治的160例肝包虫患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各80例。观察组行健康教育路径护理,对照组行常规护理,对比两组护理服务质量与并发症情况。结果观察组肝包虫患者并发症率显著低于对照组,护理服务质量高于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肝包虫住院患者的并发症率以及护理服务质量能够通过健康教育路径护理明显改善,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical application effect of health care education pathway in hospitalized patients with liver hydatids.Methods A total of 160 cases of hepatic hydatid patients treated in hospitals from February 2016 to February 2018 were selected as study subjects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random grouping criteria.The former group received healthy education pathway nursing,while the latter received routine nursing.The quality of nursing service and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The complication rate of liver hydatid patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the quality of nursing service,and the quality of life score were significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The complication rate and nursing service quality of inpatients with hepatic hydatid hydatid can be significantly improved by healthy education pathway nursing,which is worthy of promotion.
