摘要
老年人生理病理机制的特殊,更容易罹患肺结核,在临床治疗的过程中,要充分考虑到老年肺结核患者的生理病理机制,调整临床治疗方案,采取有效的抗结核治疗方法。本文就呼吸内科老年肺结核患者的生理病理特点及治疗方案进行简单的分析和探讨。
In the clinical treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis,we should give full consideration to the physiological and pathological mechanism of the elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis,adjust the clinical treatment plan and take effective anti-tuberculosis treatment methods.This article makes a simple analysis and discussion on the physiological and pathological characteristics and treatment scheme of senile pulmonary tuberculosis patients in the department of respiratory medicine.
