摘要
目的针对到楚雄州中医医院进行内痔便血治疗的患者,采用“便血合剂”治疗后,对其治疗效果和症状改善情况进行评价。方法选取楚雄州中医医院2018年1月至2019年1月,接受内痔便血治疗的患者,随机选取52例,将其分为对照组和观察组,各26例。对照组采用常规治疗(痔疮胶囊治疗),观察组采用“便血合剂”治疗。对比两组患者的药用效果以及症状改善情况。结果观察组患者通过治疗以后,药用效果以及症状改善情况均要优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对到楚雄州中医医院进行内痔便血治疗的患者,采用“便血合剂”治疗后,能够有效改善患者内痔便血的情况,使患者的日常生活得到有效提高,同时有效改善患者的各项症状。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect and symptom improvement of patients with internal hemorrhoid blood treatment in chuxiong traditional Chinese medicine hospital after the treatment with“blood mixture”.Methods During the period from January 2018 to January 2019 at Chuxiong Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,52 patients were randomly selected for treatment of internal hemorrhoids,of which 26 were recorded as contrast groups and the conventional treatment Methods were adopted.The remaining 26 patients were recorded as observation groups.The use of“blood mixture”for treatment.The two groups of patients were compared with each other for their medicinal effects and symptom improvement.Results After the patients in the observation group had been treated,the medical effects and symptom improvement were better than those in the comparison group(P<0.05).Conclusion the treatment of internal hemorrhoid blood in chuxiong Chinese medicine hospital can effectively improve the condition of hemorrhoid blood in patients,improve the daily life of patients,and improve the symptoms of patients.
