摘要
目的观察温针联合中药治疗骨质疏松患者临床效果。方法选取江西省萍乡市萍乡汉和医院就诊的骨质疏松症患者50例,随机分为试验组与对照组,各25例。对照组仅予以中药方剂治疗,试验组予以中药方剂联合温针治疗,比较两组症状积分就治疗有效率。结果治疗后试验组患者积分(3.87±1.48)低于对照组(7.32±1.53),且试验组患者临床治疗总有效率(92.00%)高于对照组(76.00%),组间比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论温针联合中药治疗骨质疏松临床效果显著,安全可靠。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of warming needle combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of osteoporosis.Methods Fifty patients with osteoporosis in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,25 cases each.The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine prescription,the experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine prescription combined with warm acupuncture.The effective rate of treatment was compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the score of the experimental group(3.87±1.48)was lower than that of the control group(7.32±1.53),and the total effective rate of the experimental group(92.00%)was higher than that of the control group(76.00%),with statistical significance between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Warm needling combined with traditional Chinese medicine is effective in the treatment of osteoporosis with safety and reliability.
