摘要
目的观察甘露醇辅助抗生素在治疗颅内感染患者中的应用效果。方法选取广州市第十二人民医院收治的94例颅内感染患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各47例,两组均采用甘露醇治疗,对照组给予抗生素30 min后进行治疗,观察组给予抗生素30 min内进行治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,对照组患者治疗有效率为80.85%,明显低于观察组(97.87%,P<0.05)。对照组患者不良反应发生率为19.15%,明显高于观察组(4.26%,P<0.05)。治疗10、20、30 d后,对照组患者意识恢复评分,明显低于观察组(P<0.05)。结论甘露醇辅助抗生素在治疗颅内感染患者能够有效提高疗效果,降低不良反应,加快患者意识恢复。
Objective To study the effect of mannitol adjuvant antibiotics in the treatment of intracranial infection.Methods Ninety-four patients with intracranial infection admitted to the 12th People's Hospital of Guangzhou were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,each group was treated with mannitol,and the control group was treated with antibiotics for 30 minutes.The observation group was treated with antibiotics within 30 minutes,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the effective rate of the control group was 80.85%,significantly lower than that of the observation group(97.87%,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 19.15%,significantly higher than that in the observation group(4.26%,P<0.05).After treatment for 10,20 and 30 d,the consciousness recovery score of patients in the control group was significantly lower than that of the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mannitol adjuvant antibiotics in the treatment of intracranial infection patients can effectively improve the therapeutic effect,reduce adverse reactions,and accelerate the recovery of consciousness of patients.
