摘要
目的探讨内镜下肾上腺素注射联合钛夹治疗非静脉曲张性上消化道出血的效果。方法选取中国贵航集团302医院2018年1月到2019年2月收治的60例非静脉曲张性上消化道出血患者,随机分为常规组(n=30)和联合组(n=30)。对常规组实施内镜下肾上腺素注射治疗,对联合组实施内镜下肾上腺素注射联合钛夹治疗。观察并比较两组止血效果、住院期间再出血状况及并发症发生状况。结果联合组止血总有效率为100.00%,高于常规组的80.00%,住院期间再出血率为0,低于常规组的13.33%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组并发症总发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论非静脉曲张性上消化道出血实施内镜下肾上腺素注射联合钛夹治疗止血效果好,可减少并发症。
Objective To investigate the effect of endoscopic adrenaline injection combined with titanium clip on non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods Sixty patients with non-variceal upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage admitted to China Hospital of Guihang Group from January 2018 to February 2019 were randomly divided into the conventional group(n=30)and the combined group(n=30).Endoscopic adrenaline injection was performed in the conventional group,and endoscopic adrenaline injection combined with titanium clip was performed in the combined group.Observed and compared the hemostatic effect of the two groups,the rebleeding status during hospitalization and the occurrence of complications.Results The total effective rate of hemostasis in the combined group was 100.00%,higher than 80.00%in the conventional group,and the rebleeding rate during hospitalization was 0,lower than 13.33%in the conventional group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the combined group was lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic adrenaline injection combined with titanium clip for non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding has good hemostasis and can reduce complications.
