摘要
高职院校创新创业人才培养过程中存在很多问题,即:人才培养目标定位不准确,把培养核心都放在了技能的培养上,忽略了对学生创新创业能力的培养。课程建设没有落到实处,人才培养工作只是流于表面,课程体系配套更新工作没有取得实质性进展。考评体系不科学,缺乏关于创新能力和职业素养的考核内容,无形当中就会禁锢学生的创新性思维。提出了提高高职院校大学生创新创业能力的对策,如:明确创新创业人才培养目标,建构合理的课程体系,建立配套的创新创业教学平台,优化教师队伍建设。
There are many problems in the training process of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in higher vocational colleges,that is,inaccurate orientation of talent training objectives.The core of the training is the training of skills,ignoring cultivation of students’innovation and entrepreneurship ability.Talents training is only superficial,and no substantial progress has been made in updating the curriculum system.The evaluation system is not scientific.Lack of content about the assessment of innovation ability and professional accomplishment will inevitably imprison students’innovative thinking.It puts forward some countermeasures to improve the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of higher vocational college students,that is,to clarify the training objectives of innovative and entrepreneurship talents.Construct a reasonable curriculum system.Establish a supporting innovation and entrepreneurship teaching platform.Optimize the construction of teachers.
