摘要
目的 观察不同剖宫产术式对于再次剖宫产产妇手术效果、产妇盆腔粘连以及胎儿娩出困难发生率的影响。方法 选取汉中职业技术学院附属医院2017年10月至2018年3月收治的60例再次剖宫产产妇,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。其中对照组产妇采用传统纵切剖宫产术,观察组则给予改良横切剖宫产术。比较两组产妇分娩情况。结果 观察组产妇的手术时间、术中出血量、胎儿娩出时间、术后排气时间及住院时间均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。两组产妇盆腔粘连及胎儿娩出困难发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 对于再次剖宫产产妇来说,采用改良横切剖宫产术可明显改善产妇的手术效果,值得在临床推广使用。
Objective To observe the effects of different cesarean section types on surgical outcomes,maternal pelvic adhesion,and difficulty of fetal delivery in puerpera with re-cesarean section.Methods Sixty parturient women with re-cesarean section admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Hanzhong Vocational and Technical College from October 2017 to March 2018 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group(each 30 cases).In the control group,the traditional longitudinal cesarean section was used,and the observation group was given the modified transverse cesarean section.The delivery of the two groups was compared.Results The operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume,fetal delivery time,postoperative exhaust time and hospitalization time of the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidences of maternal pelvic adhesions and fetal delivery difficulties between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The modified transverse cesarean section can significantly improve the maternal surgical outcomes for puerpera with re-cesarean section,which is a program worthy of clinical promotion.
