摘要
目的 分析在老年股骨转子间骨折患者围术期应用全过程360°无缝隙护理干预的效果。方法 选取2017年6月至2018年6月渭南市第一医院实施手术治疗的74例老年股骨转子间骨折患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组和干预组,每组37例。对照组应用常规围术期护理,干预组在常规围术期护理基础上应用全过程360°无缝隙护理干预。比较两组患者情绪变化及并发症发生情况。结果 护理前,两组患者Beck焦虑量表(BAI)及Beck抑郁量表(BDI)评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。护理后,两组的BAI及BDI评分均明显下降,且干预组均明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。干预组并发症发生率明显低于对照组(5.41%vs. 21.62%,P <0.05)。结论 在老年股骨转子间骨折患者围术期应用全过程360°无缝隙护理干预能改善患者的负性情绪,促进患者的恢复,降低并发症发生率。
Objective To analyze the effect of 360°seamless nursing on elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures during the perioperative period.Methods Seventy-four elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures who underwent surgery in the First Hospital of Weinan City from June 2017 to June 2018 were enrolled.The patients were divided into the control group and the intervention group by a random number table,with 37 cases in each group.The control group received routine perioperative nursing,and the intervention group was applied 360°seamless nursing on the basis of routine perioperative nursing.The emotional change of patients and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of Beck Anxiety Scale(BAI)and Beck Depression Scale(BDI)between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the BAI and BDI scores in both groups were significantly decreased compared with those before nursing(P<0.05),and the intervention group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was significantly lower in the intervention group than that in the control group(5.41%vs.21.62%,P<0.05).Conclusion The 360°seamless nursing intervention applied during the perioperative period for elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures can improve the negative emotions of patients,promote the recovery of patients,and decrease the incidence of complications.
