摘要
目的 分析腔内激光联合手术治疗下肢静脉曲张预后效果。方法 方便选取2014年1月-2018年12月于该院就诊治疗的200例下肢静脉曲张患者纳入该次研究,根据治疗方法的不同将其分为观察组(n=102)和对照组(n=98),对照组采取大隐静脉高位结扎+曲张静脉点状抽剥术治疗,观察组展开大隐静脉高位结扎+腔内激光闭合术治疗。而后对比两组患者手术相关指标、不良反应发生率以及复发率。结果 观察组手术时间(35.69±13.28)min、术中出血量(25.69±6.85)mL、疼痛评分(2.58±0.65)分以及住院时间(7.33±3.05)d与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(t=7.309、14.694、13.588、10.264,P=0.000<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率1.96%以及复发率0.98%均低于对照组8.16%、6.12%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.048、3.913,P=0.044、0.049<0.05)。结论 腔内激光联合手术治疗下肢静脉曲张预后效果显著,可以将此治疗措施在临床一线治疗中大力推行。
Objective To analyze the prognosis of intracavitary laser combined with surgery for varicose veins of lower extremities.Methods 200 patients with lower extremity varices who were treated in the hospital from January 2014 to December 2018 were convenient selected and included in the study.They were divided into observation group(n=102)and the control group(n=98)according to different treatment methods,the control group was treated with high saphenous vein ligation+varicose vein stripping and stripping.The observation group underwent high saphenous vein ligation+intracavitary laser closure.Then,the surgical related indicators,the incidence of adverse reactions,and the recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time(35.69±13.28)min,intraoperative blood loss(25.69±6.85)mL,pain score(2.58±0.65)points,and hospitalization time(7.33±3.05)d in the observation group were significantly different from the control group,The difference was statistically significant(t=7.309,14.694,13.588,10.266,P=0.000<0.05).The comparison showed that the;the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 1.96%and the recurrence rate was 0.98%,which was lower than the control group of 8.16%and 6.12%,and The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.048,3.913,P=0.044,0.049<0.05).Conclusion Intraluminal laser combined surgery for the treatment of lower extremity varicose veins has a significant prognosis,and this treatment can be vigorously promoted in the first-line clinical treatment.
