摘要
目的了解火针疗法治疗皮肤性病的现状、研究热点和疾病谱分布情况,为后续相关研究提供参考依据。方法登录万方数据知识服务平台,检索策略:高级检索(主题词":火针"或"燔针"或"燔刺"或"煨针"或"煨刺"或"淬针"或"淬刺"或"焠针"或"焠刺"或"焯针"或"焯刺"或"烧针"或"白针");精确匹配;检索时间:2019年8月9日。用书目信息共现分析系统2.0软件对纳入文献的发表时间、作者、单位、期刊、关键词分布等进行分析,通过对文献标题、摘要、全文等进行疾病谱的统计,用gCLUTO 1.0软件对高频关键词进行双向聚类分析。结果共纳入1 039篇文献。发现火针疗法治疗皮肤性病于2013年开始被关注,目前尚处于初始阶段,已经形成了以《中国针灸》和《中国中西医结合皮肤性病学杂志》为核心的发文期刊群集,核心发文作者有黄蜀、陈纯涛、杨素清等,天津中医药大学(57篇)和天津市中医药研究院附属医院为该领域研究的核心发文机构。火针联合针灸、刺络拔罐等中西医结合方法治疗痤疮、带状疱疹、带状疱疹后遗神经痛是目前的研究热点,同时在白癜风、下肢静脉曲张、外阴白色病变等疾病中逐步被尝试性应用。结论火针疗法治疗皮肤性病起步晚于骨科及消化系统疾病,但是近5年来发展较快,《中国针灸》和《中国中西医结合皮肤性病学杂志》是重要的文献资料来源途径。火针联合针灸、刺络拔罐等在治疗痤疮、带状疱疹及其后遗神经痛等疾病中应用广泛,且效果肯定。在白癜风、下肢静脉曲张、外阴白色病变、皮肤瘙痒症和疼痛等方面的研究逐渐增多。
Objective In order to understand the current situation,research hotspots and distribution of disease spectrum of fire acupuncture treatment for skin sexually transmitted diseases,and provide reference for subsequent related research.Methods Login to Wanfang data knowledge service platform;search strategy:advanced search(topic: "Fire needle" or "Burnt needle" or "Burnt thorn" or "Simmer needle" or "Simmer thorn" or "Quenching needle" or "Quenching thorn" Or "Squeaking needle" or "Squeaking thorn" or "Burning needle" or "White needle");exact match;search time:August 9,2019.Bibliographic information co-occurrence analysis system 2.0 software analyzed the publication time,author,unit,journal,keyword distribution,etc. of the included literature,and conducts disease spectrum statistics by literature title,abstract,full text,etc.,using g CLUTO 1.0 software for high frequency key words for bidirectional cluster analysis. Results A total of 1 039 articles were included,and it could be concluded that fire acupuncture therapy for skin sexually transmitted diseases began to be concerned in 2013 and was still in its infancy. At present,a cluster of core published journals,such as "Chinese Acupuncture" and "Chinese Journal of Dermatovenereology of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine ",had been formed. The core authors included Huang Wei,Chen Chuntao,Yang Suqing,etc. Tianjin university of traditional Chinese medicine(57 articles) and Tianjin academy of traditional Chinese medicine affiliated hospital was the core publishing organization in this field. Integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment such as the combination of fire acupuncture combined with acupuncture and moxibustion,cupping and cupping,etc. for hemorrhoids,herpes zoster and postherpetic neuralgia were the current research hotspots. At the same time,it was gradually applied in vitiligo,varicose veins of the lower extremities and white lesions of the vulva.
