摘要
目的评价带状疱疹后神经痛患者应用CT引导下背根神经节脉冲射频治疗效果及安全性。方法选取2016年9月至2018年12月北京市健宫医院收治的20例带状疱疹后神经痛患者,回顾性分析其临床资料,根据不同治疗措施分为对照组(常规治疗)和试验组(CT引导下背根神经节脉冲射频治疗),各10例。对比两组患者疼痛程度、生活质量及并发症发生率。结果试验组疼痛程度明显低于对照组,生活质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组无并发症发生。结论CT引导下背根神经节脉冲射频治疗带状疱疹后神经痛患者,可缓解疼痛,提高生活质量,安全有效。
Objective To evaluate the effect and safety of CT-guided dorsal root ganglion pulse radiofrequency in patients with postherpetic neuralgia.Methods Twenty patients with postherpetic neuralgia admitted to Beijing Jiangong Hospital from September 2016 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects.The clinical data were analyzed.Patients were divided into control group(routine treatment)and experimental group(CT-guided dorsal root ganglion pulse radiofrequency therapy)according to different treatment measures.The degree of pain,quality of life and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the degree of pain in the experimental group was decreased,and the score of quality of life was increased(P<0.05).There were no complications in the two groups.Conclusion CT-guided dorsal root ganglion pulse radiofrequency treatment was effective and safe for patients with postherpetic neuralgia,which can relieve patients’pain and improve the quality of life.
