摘要
目的研究膝关节盘状半月板损伤应用关节镜治疗的效果。方法选取2017年5月至2018年12月广西罗城仫佬族自治县人民医院治疗的84例膝关节盘状半月板损伤患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分成常规组(42例)与手术组(42例),常规组接受传统手术治疗,手术组接受膝关节盘状半月板成形术治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果手术组的优良率明显高于常规组(90.48%vs.71.43%,P<0.05)。手术组的膝关节活动度和评分明显优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论在膝关节盘状半月板损伤应用关节镜治疗能够明显改善膝关节屈伸活动功能,加快其术后康复,具有显著疗效。
Objective To study the effect of arthroscopic treatment on discoid meniscus injury of knee joint.Methods Eighty-four patients with discoid meniscus injury of knee joint treated in our hospital from May 2017 to December 2018 were divided into routine group(42 cases)and operation group(42 cases)according to random number table method.The routine group was treated with traditional operation,while the operation group was treated with discoid meniscus plasty of knee joint.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The excellent and good rate of operation group was higher than the routine group(90.48%vs.71.43%,P<0.05).The knee joint mobility and score of operation group were significantly better than those of routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion The arthroscopic treatment of discoid meniscus injury of knee joint can significantly improve the flexion and extension function of knee joint,accelerate the recovery after operation,and has significant curative effect.
