摘要
目的研究微创股骨近端防旋髓内钉治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果。方法选取2016年1月到2018年12月延安市子长县人民医院收治的老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者120例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各60例。对照组使用动力髋螺钉治疗,试验组使用微创股骨近端防旋髓内钉治疗。比较两组各项治疗指标及治疗前后髋关节功能评分。结果试验组手术时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间和住院时间均少于对照组(P<0.05)。两组术前髋关节功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后试验组评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论微创股骨近端防旋髓内钉治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折能有效促使患者髋关节功能提升。
Objective To study the clinical effect of minimally invasive proximal femoral anti-rotation intramedullary nail in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture in the elderly.Methods One hundred and twenty elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with dynamic hip screw,while the experimental group was treated with minimally invasive proximal femoral anti-rotation intramedullary nail.The treatment indexes of the two groups were compared,and the hip function scores of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,fracture healing time,and length of stay of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in preoperative hip function score between the two groups.After surgery,the score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive proximal femoral anti-rotation intramedullary nail in the treatment of elderly femoral intertrochanteric fracture can effectively promote the function of hip joint in patients.
