摘要
目的观察温阳宣肺疏肝法治疗抑郁症的临床疗效。方法选取2017年4月至2018年12月北京市房山区精神病医院接诊的162例抑郁症患者,随机分为两组,每组81例。观察组采用温阳宣肺疏肝法治疗,对照组采用盐酸帕罗西汀片治疗,比较两组各项临床指标。结果观察组治疗后总有效率、HAMD评分指标与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组SERS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论温阳宣肺疏肝法方法可有效降低抑郁症患者药物副作用。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Wenyang Xuanfei Shugan method in the treatment of depression.Methods From April 2017 to December 2018,162 patients with depression were randomly divided into two groups,81 in each group.The control group was treated with paroxetine hydrochloride,and the clinical indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate and HAMD scores of the observation group were not significantly different from those of the control group(P>0.05).The SERS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Wenyang Xuanfei Shugan method can effectively reduce the side effects of drugs in patients with depression.
