摘要
目的观察标准去大骨瓣开颅减压术治疗重型颅脑损伤患者的效果及安全性。方法选取广西-东盟经济技术开发区人民医院2015年12月至2017年12月收治的90例重型颅脑损伤患者,随机均分为甲组和乙组。甲组采取标准去大骨瓣开颅减压术治疗,乙组采取常规骨瓣减压术治疗。对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗后,甲组良好率、植物生存、死亡情况均优于乙组(P<0.05);甲组患者的并发症发生率为17.77%,显著低于乙组(44.44%,P<0.05)。结论重型颅脑损伤患者接受标准去大骨瓣开颅减压术治疗,临床疗效显著,治疗安全、可靠。
Objective To observe the effect and safety of standard craniotomy with large bone flap for the treatment of severe craniocerebral injury.Methods A total of 90 patients with severe craniocerebral injury from December 2015 to December 2017 in our hospital were included and randomly divided into group A and group B.Standard craniotomy and decompression with large bone flap was performed in group A and conventional bone flap decompression was performed in group B.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the good rate,survival and death of plants in group A were better than those in group B(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in group A was 17.77%,which was significantly lower than that in group B(44.44%,P<0.05).Conclusion Standard decompressive craniectomy with large bone flap for patients with severe craniocerebral injury is effective,safe and reliable.
