摘要
目的观察腹腔镜联合开腹修补手术治疗造口旁疝的临床效果。方法选取阳光融和医院2016年5月至2018年5月收治的造口旁疝患者90例为研究对象,按手术方案分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组为腹腔镜修补术治疗,观察组为腹腔镜联合开腹修补手术治疗。统计两组手术时间、肠道功能恢复时间、住院时间等,并观察并发症发生情况。结果两组手术时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组肠道功能恢复时间、住院时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);对照组并发症发生率为4.44%,明显高于观察组(17.78%,P<0.05)。结论针对造口旁疝患者采用腹腔镜联合开腹修补手术治疗可促使患者有效恢复,缩短住院时间,且可减少并发症的发生。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of laparoscopy combined with open repair in the treatment of para stomal hernia.Methods Ninety patients with parastomal hernia who were treated in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2018 were selected and divided into 45 cases according to the operation plan.The control group was treated by laparoscopic repair.The observation group was treated by laparoscopic combined with open repair.The operation time,intestinal function recovery time and hospitalization time of the two groups were counted,and the complications were observed.Results There was no significant difference in the operation time between the two groups(P>0.05).the recovery time of intestinal function and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).the complication rate of the control group was 4.44%higher than that of the observation group(17.78%),and the safety of the observation group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic combined with laparotomy for parastomal hernia can promote the effective recovery of patients,shorten hospitalization time,and reduce the incidence of complications,treatment value is high.
