摘要
目的探讨声带息肉患者术后嗓音训练及发声情况。方法选取成都市青白江区人民医院2015年5月至2018年4月收治的声带息肉患者88例,按随机数字表分为两组,每组44例。对照组采取术后常规治疗,嗓音训练组则采取术后常规加嗓音训练治疗。比较两组疗效、发音功能改善时间、住院时间;治疗前后患者嗓音相关指标(VHI、jitter、MPT、shimmer和NHR)及发音障碍发生率。结果嗓音训练组总有效率(93.18%)高于对照组(68.18%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。嗓音训练组发音功能改善时间、住院时间、嗓音相关指标均较对照组更好(P<0.05)。嗓音训练组发音障碍发生率低于对照组(0 vs.25%,P<0.05)。结论术后常规治疗加嗓音训练对声带息肉患者的治疗效果显著。
Objective To investigate the postoperative voice training and vocalization of patients with vocal cord polyps.Methods 88 patients with vocal cord polyps admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to April 2018 were divided into 2 groups according to a random number table,44 per group.The control group received routine postoperative treatment,and the voice training group was treated with routine postoperative treatment plus voice training.The clinical effects,improvement time of pronunciation function,hospitalization time,voices indicators(incluing VHI,jitter,MPT,shimmer and NHR)before and after treatment,and incidence of dysphonia were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the voice training group was higher than the control group(93.18% vs. 68.18%,P<0.05).The improvement time of pronunciation function,hospitalization time,and voices indicators in the voice training group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of dysphonia in the voice training group was lower than that in the control group(0 vs. 25%,P<0.05).Conclusion Postoperative routine treatment plus voice training is effective for patients with vocal cord polyps.
