水浴法B超在高度近视眼白内障患者生物测量中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探究高度近视眼白内障患者生物测量中应用水浴法B超的临床价值。方法选取2016年12月至2018年12月收治的63例高度近视眼白内障患者(92只眼),均采用超声乳化白内障摘除术与人工晶状体植入术治疗,分别经光学相干生物测量仪(IOL-Master)、水浴法B超、接触式A超三种测量方式测定患者眼轴长度均值及术后绝对屈光误差,观察患者治疗效果。结果三种测量方式眼轴长度均值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);IOL-Master、水浴法B超测量的眼轴长度均值显著大于接触式A超(P<0.05),IOL-Master、水浴法B超测量的眼轴长度均值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);三种测量方式绝对屈光误差比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);IOL-Master、水浴法B超≤±0.50 D占比、≤±1.00 D占比均显著高于接触式A超(P<0.05);IOL-Master、水浴法B超结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高度近视眼白内障患者生物测量中应用水浴法B超与IOL-Master价值高于接触式A超。 Objective To explore the clinical value of water bath B-mode ultrasonography in biological measurement of cataract patients with high myopia.Methods 63 cases of cataract with high myopia were treated by phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation.Axis length was measured by IOL-Master,water bath B-mode ultrasonography and contact A-mode ultrasonography respectively,and absolute refractive error was measured after operation.Results There were significant differences in the mean eye axis length between the three measurement methods(P<0.05).The results of IOL-Master and water-bath B-mode ultrasound were significantly higher than those of contact A-mode ultrasound(P<0.05).The results of IOL-Master and water-bath B-mode ultrasound were not significantly different(P>0.05).The absolute refractive error of the three measurement methods was significant(P<0.05).The proportion of IOL-Master and water-bath B-mode ultrasound<0.50 D and<1.00 D was significantly higher.Conclusion The value of water bath B-mode ultrasonography and IOL-Master is higher than that of contact A-mode ultrasonography in the biological measurement of cataract patients with high myopia.
