摘要
目的探讨彩色多普勒超声诊断甲状腺微小癌的临床价值。方法选取医院超声科2017年1月至2018年12月收治的55例甲状腺病变患者作为研究对象,均行二维超声和彩色多普勒超声检查,以病理检查结果作为诊断金标准,比较二维超声和彩色多普勒超声诊断的准确度、灵敏度、特异度。结果彩色多普勒超声诊断的准确度(80.00%)、灵敏度(84.00%)、特异度(76.67%)均高于二维超声(69.09%、72.00%、66.67%);甲状腺恶性病变的主要表现为低回声、微小钙化、纵横比≥1、血流丰富,与良性病变比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声诊断甲状腺微小癌的准确度较高,可作为临床诊断甲状腺微小癌的有效手段。
Objective To explore the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of thyroid microcarcinoma.Methods Fifty-five patients with thyroid lesions admitted to the ultrasound department of the hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the study subjects.Two-dimensional ultrasound and color doppler ultrasound examination were performed.Pathological examination results were taken as the gold standard for diagnosis,and accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of two-dimensional ultrasound and color doppler ultrasound diagnosis were compared.Results The diagnostic accuracy(80.00%),sensitivity(84.00%)and specificity(76.67%)of color doppler ultrasound were all higher than those of two-dimensional ultrasound(69.09%,72.00%,66.67%).The main manifestations of thyroid malignant lesions were hypoechoic,micro calcification,aspect ratio≥1,and abundant blood flow.The differences were statistically significant compared with benign lesions(P<0.05).Conclusion The color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of thyroid microcarcinoma has a high accuracy,and can be used as an effective means for clinical diagnosis of thyroid microcarcinoma.
