6种药剂对茄子绵疫病的防治试验 被引量:8

摘要 以农药的速效性、持效性及对幼苗的安全性为判定指标,比较1种矿物源农药(46%氢氧化铜WDG)、2种微生物源农药(1%申嗪霉素AS、0.5%氨基寡糖素AS)和3种化学农药(50%烯酰吗啉WP、68%精甲霜灵·代森锰锌WDG、23.4%双炔酰菌胺SC)对茄子绵疫病的防效,筛选适合茄子绿色生产的用药技术。药效试验结果表明:药后3d,50%烯酰吗啉WP750倍液防效最佳,46%氢氧化铜WDG 500倍液与1%申嗪霉素AS 250倍液防效次之,差异不显著;药后5 d和7 d,23.4%双炔酰菌胺SC 750倍液防效最佳,46%氢氧化铜WDG 500倍液与1%申嗪霉素AS 250倍液防效次之,且持效性好;因防效好、半衰期短、低毒、对茄子幼苗生长无影响,防治茄子绵疫病建议主推46%氢氧化铜WDG与1%申嗪霉素水剂,0.5%氨基寡糖素AS防效差不推荐。 To select the suitable medication technique for green production of eggplant,pharmacodynamic effects of one mineralbased fungicide(46%copper hydroxide WDG)and two microbiological fungicides(1%phenazine-1-carboxylic acid AS;0.5%aminooligosaccharides AS)on eggplant phytophthora rot were compared with three chemical fungicides(50%dimethomorph WP;68%metalaxyl-M MancozebWDG;23.4%mandipropamid SC)from the aspects of quick-acting efficacy,pharmacodynamic duration and safety to eggplant seedlings.The results of pharmacodynamic test showed that 3d after medicaition,750 times solution of 50%dimethomorph WP had the best control effect followed by 250 times solution of 1%phenazine-1-carboxylic acid AS and 500 times solution of 46%copper hydroxide WDG without a significant difference;5d and 7d after medicaition,the best control efficacy attributed to 750 times solution of 23.4%mandipropamid SC followed by 500 times solution of 46%copper hydroxide WDG and 250 times solution of 1%phenazine-1-carboxylic acid AS with a long pharmacodynamic duration.Among all fungicides,0.5%amino-oligosaccharides AS had a very low control efficacy.Hence,46%copper hydroxide WDG and 1%phenazine-1-carboxylic acid AS are recommended as preffered fungicides due to the advantages of high control efficacy,low toxicity,short half-life,and safty to growth of eggplant seedlings.
