摘要
以波斯菊种子为实验材料,用不同浓度的Pb(NO 3)2溶液(0,50,100,200,400 mg/L)对波斯菊种子进行处理,研究不同铅浓度对波斯菊种子萌发及幼苗生长影响情况.结果表明:较低质量浓度的Pb^2+处理提高了波斯菊种子的发芽率、发芽势及发芽指数,当Pb^2+质量浓度为100 mg/L时促进作用最强烈;当Pb^2+浓度大于100 mg/L时,Pb^2+的促进作用开始慢慢减小;Pb^2+处理对波斯菊幼苗的根长、苗高以及鲜重有明显抑制作用.总体来说,波斯菊种子对Pb^2+的耐受性较强.
The seed germination and seedling growth of Cosmos bipinnatus were studied by using Pb(NO3)2 solution at different concentrations(0,50,100,200,400 mg/L).The results showed that under the treatment of low Pb^2+,the germination rate,germination potential and germination index of Cosmos bipinnatus were enhanced,and the promoting effect was strongest when the Pb^2+ concentration was 100mg/L.When the concentration of Pb^2+ was larger than 100mg/L,the promoting effect of Pb^2+ gradually decreased.The effect of different concentration of Pb^2+ had significant effect on root length,seedling height and fresh quality.The seed tolerance of Cosmos bipinnatus to Pb^2+was strong.
