摘要
测量设备测量数据正确与否,会直接影响到产品的设计方向和最终的结论判定。本文通过理论知识结合实际的测试分析,详细介绍2种验证接触电流测试设备的方法。此方法也可以用来验证泄漏电流能力验证的测量结果,确保测试数据的准确性。
Whether the measured data of measuring equipment is correct or not will directly affect the design direction of products and the final conclusion.This paper analyzes the theoretical knowledge combined with the actual test,and introduces two methods for verifying the contact current test equipment in detail.The method can also be used to verify the measurement results of leakage current capability verification to ensure the accuracy of test data.
