Her-2阳性的具有微乳头状结构乳腺单纯型黏液癌1例

摘要 患者女性,53岁。体检时B超探及左侧乳腺外下象限低回声团,大小2.2 cm×1.7 cm×1.5 cm,边界清晰,形态规整,内回声均匀。专科查体:左侧乳腺外下象限扪及直径2 cm肿块,质地稍硬,界不清,无压痛,腋窝未触及肿大淋巴结。双侧乳腺钼靶检查示于左侧乳腺外下象限见斑片状不对称高密度影,边界不清(BI-RADS 4c类)。患者遂行手术治疗。病理检查巨检:左侧乳腺组织5 cm×3.2 cm×1.7 cm;切面见2.2 cm×1.
