摘要
目的:采用锥形束CT(cone-beam computed tomography CBCT)对下颌牙列缺失舌侧孔(lingual foramina LF)和舌侧管(lingual canal LC)进行影像学评估。方法:选取2017年1月~2018年6月间在大连市口腔医院就诊的70例下颌牙列缺失Ⅲ类牙槽骨吸收患者的CBCT影像资料,观测颏孔前区舌侧孔的数量及发生频率、分布情况、孔径、距牙槽嵴顶/下颌下缘距离;以及舌侧管的长度、走行方向与终止位置。应用spss17.0软件对数据进行统计学分析。结果:观测的70例患者中,共246个舌侧孔,分正中舌孔(median lingual foramina,MLF)与侧舌孔(lateral lingual foramina,LLF)。其中MLF占52.4%,距下颌下缘(8.51±3.20)mm。舌侧孔孔径在性别方面有显著性差异(男性>女性)。舌侧管的平均长度为(5.99±1.76)mm,有54.1%的舌侧管与切牙管交汇。结论:下颌舌侧孔在颏孔前区,尤其是正中区常见,本研究对下颌牙列缺失患者在该区域种植手术有较好的临床意义。
Objective:To evluate the lingual foramina(LF)and lingual canal(LC)in the mandibular complete edentulism by cone-beam computed tomography(CBCT).Methods:CBCT images of 70 patients with typeⅢalveolar bone resorption in the mandibular complete edentulism from January 2017 to June 2018 were selected.The number of LF in interforaminal region and the frequency,distribution,diameter,distance from the alveolar dome/submandibular plane,and the length,direction and termination of the LC were observed and measured.Statistical analysis was performed on the data using SPSS17.0 software.Results:A total of 246 LF were found in 70 patients.They were divided into median lingual foramina(MLF)and lateral lingual foramina(LLF).Among them,MLF accounted for 52.4%,and to the lower border of mandibular was 8.51±3.20mm.The diameter was significantly different in gender(male>female).The average length of the LC was 5.99±1.76mm,and 54.1%of the LC intersected the incisor tube.Conclusion:The LF is common in mandibular interforaminal region,especially in the median area.This study has good clinical significance for the operation of implants for mandibular complete edentulism.
