摘要
目的:比较京沪两地妇女保健信息资源配置的适宜程度,分析其对妇女保健工作的作用,并探索对其进行量化分析的可行性。方法:从信息的收集、利用和共享三个方面综合分析妇保信息资源配置的适宜程度,使用Spearman相关等方法分析其与孕产妇死亡率之间的关系。结果:2004-2017年,北京市妇女保健信息资源的适宜程度从34.90%提升到39.17%,上海市则从2.22%提升到30.81%。北京市妇女保健信息资源的适宜程度高于上海市;两地信息收集的水平均明显高于利用和共享信息的水平。北京市信息资源的适宜程度与孕产妇死亡率之间存在相关性(P<0.05)。结论:京沪两地妇保信息资源配置的适宜程度不断提升,北京市信息资源对妇保工作的支撑作用优于上海市;量化分析妇女保健体系信息资源配置的适宜程度具有可行性。
Objective:To compare the appropriateness of information resources about maternal health care in Beijing and Shanghai,to clarify the importance of it,and to explore the feasibility of comprehensive quantitative analysis of it.Methods:Based on the results of parallel studies,the appropriateness of information resources was calculated from three aspects including information collection,utilization and sharing,and the relationship between them and maternal mortality was analyzed by Spearman Correlation.Results:From 2004 to 2017,the appropriateness increased from 34.90%to 39.17%in Beijing,while that in Shanghai increased from 2.22%to 30.81%.The appropriateness in Beijing was higher than that in Shanghai.The level of collecting information in both places was significantly higher than that of utilization and sharing information.There was a correlation between the appropriateness and maternal mortality in Beijing(P<0.05).Conclusion:The appropriateness of information resources in Beijing and Shanghai has been continuously improved.The support of Beijing information resources for maternal health care is better than that of Shanghai.It's feasible to do a quantitative analysis of the appropriateness of information resources.
