盐藻+裂壶藻+玉米蛋白粉对红草金鱼生长、体色和生理生化指标的影响 被引量:3

摘要 为研究盐藻、裂壶藻、玉米蛋白粉组合对红草金鱼的生长、体色和生理生化指标的影响,选取初始体重(21.77±1.38)g、初始体长(8.79±0.55)cm健康草金鱼300尾,随机分为5组(每组3个重复,每个重复20尾鱼),分别投喂不同水平的盐藻、裂壶藻、玉米蛋白粉组合饲料,试验分组为C组、A1组(4.0%盐藻、1.0%裂壶藻、4.0%玉米蛋白粉)、A2组(6.0%盐藻、1.5%裂壶藻、6.0%玉米蛋白粉)、A3组(8.0%盐藻、2.0%裂壶藻、8.0%玉米蛋白粉)、A4组(10.0%盐藻、2.5%裂壶藻、10.0%玉米蛋白粉),分别于第30 d和第60 d取样,测定生长指标、体内类胡萝卜素含量、组织中超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶、丙二醛、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白等生理生化指标。结果表明,添加不同水平的盐藻、裂壶藻和玉米蛋白粉喂养红草金鱼30 d与60 d后,鱼蛋白质效率、特定生长率、肥满度和增重率在A2组时达到最高,且饵料系数最低(P<0.05);30 d时A2组皮肤、鳞片和鳍条中类胡萝卜素含量显著高于其他各组(P<0.05),A1组含量最低;在60 d时A2组含量最高,A3组含量最低(P<0.05);A1~A4组中甘油三酯与胆固醇含量显著低于C组(P<0.05),并在A2组达到最小值;A2组抗氧化作用最为明显。 In order to study the effect of Dunaliella salina, Schizochytrium and corn protein powder on the growth, pigmentation and physiological and biochemical indicators of Carassius auratus red var., three hundred healthy Carassius auratus red var [the initial body weight of(21.77±1.38) g, and initial body length of(8.79±0.55) cm] were selected, and fish in the five groups were fed different levels formula feeds of Dunaliella salina, Schizochytrium, corn protein powder. The groups included C(0), A1(4.0% Dunaliella salina, 1.0% Schizochytrium, 4.0% corn protein powder), A2(6.0% Dunaliella salina, 1.5% Schizochytrium, 6.0% corn protein powder), A3(8.0% Dunaliella salina, 2.0% Schizochytrium, 8.0% corn protein powder), A4(10.0% Dunaliella salina, 2.5% Schizochytrium, 10.0% corn protein powder). On the 30 th and 60 th days respectively determined growth performance, carotenoid content in skin, scales and fins, physiological and biochemical indicators. The results showed that the protein efficiency, specific growth rate, fatness and weight gain rate reached the highest in A2 group and the feed conversion ratio was lowest in A2 group(P<0.05). On the 30 d, the carotenoid content in skin, scales and fins of A2 group was higher than other groups(P<0.05), while that in A1 group was the lowest. On the 60 d, the carotenoid content in skin, scales and fins of A2 group was the highest, while that in A3 group was the lowest(P<0.05). Content of TG, and T-CHO in A1~A4 groups were significantly lower than those in C group(P<0.05), and the minimum of TG, and T-CHO content appeared in A2 group. The antioxidant capacity of group A2 was the most obvious.
