摘要
随着中国企业“走出去”进程的加快以及国家“一带一路”倡议的实施,越来越多的国有企业开始涉足在海外投资和运营.国有企业海外投资运营和管理具有较长的历史,有的企业积累了丰富的经验,有的企业却经验不足.本文通过基里隆水电站运营管理中反映出的问题,讨论国有企业境外投资需特别关注的事项,旨在为降低境外投资经营风险,提高境外投资效率和效益提供一些借鉴.
With the acceleration of the"going out"process of Chinese enterprises and the implementation of the national"One Belt and One Road"initiative,more and more stateowned enterprises have begun to invest and operate overseas.State-owned enterprises have a long history of overseasinvestment operations and management.Some enterprises have accumulated much experience,while some are underexperienced.In this paper,special considerations for oversea investment of state-owned enterprises are discussed through the operation and management of Kirirom Hydropower Plant,in order to provide reference for reducing the risk and improving the efficiency and benefits of overseas investment.
