摘要
使用一步法合成了不饱和聚酯树脂,添加环保乳化剂,使用高速剪切设备进行外乳化,得到了不饱和聚酯乳液,并实现了生产放大。讨论了不饱和聚酯的结构、乳化剂的选择、乳化工艺的确定以及乳液稳定性。结果表明,得到的乳液质量稳定,满足玻璃纤维生产要求。
Unsaturated polyester was synthesized by one-step method.With environment-friendly emulsifiers added,the unsaturated polyester emulsion was prepared through high-speed shearing,and the experiment was scaled up to production.The structure of unsaturated polyester,the selection of emulsifiers and emulsifing process,and the stability of the emulsion were discussed.The results indicated that the quality of the emulsion was stable to meet the requirements of fiberglass production.
