摘要
采用L-组氨酸辅助获得了石墨烯负载硫化镉多级纳米球,并在此基础上,通过离子交换反应,在硫化镉多级纳米球表面形成硫化铜/硫化镉的异质结。对试样进行了形貌和物相分析,并研究了其形成机理。通过对样品的光催化性能研究表明,石墨烯-硫化铜/硫化镉能够在100 min内降解水中84.4%的甲基橙溶液,展现出优异的可见光光催化效率,表现出在水污染处理中良好的应用前景。
Graphene-CdS nanospheres were synthesized via L-Histidine-assisted routes and ion exchanged reaction between preformed graphene-CdS and Cu(NO 3)2.The morphology and crystalline phases were studied in detail.The growth mechanism was also studied.G-CuS/CdS hierarchical nanopheres demonstrated excellent photocatalytic activity under visible light irradiation,which 84.4%of MO was degraded within 100 min,and show great potential application in the water treatment.
