摘要
以城市生态发展理念为指导准则,促进围绕机场为核心的临空经济区的建设,成为新时期区域经济发展的新亮点。基于利益相关者理论,构建三方演化博弈模型,并运用Python进行模拟仿真分析其动态演化轨迹。研究发现:基于生态约束的前提条件下,企业积极构建创新型生态循环体系、政府提供合理的补偿政策以及公众积极合作,成为城市生态发展视角下临空产业链三方博弈模型的稳定均衡策略;在此策略下,当一方选择均衡策略时,其余两方均能随着均衡策略概率的增大而逐渐趋向于稳定均衡状态,实现最优策略解集合。研究对于城市生态理念的指导下加强区域生态环境的保护力度,协调临空入驻企业、政府与周边公众之间的利益关系、优化临空示范区产业选择机制具有重要的参考作用。
With the concept of urban ecological development as the guiding principle and promoting the construction of the airport-oriented economic zone centered on the airport has become a new bright spot in regional economic development in the new era.Based on the stakeholder theory,a three-party evolutionary game model is constructed,and its dynamic evolution trajectory is analyzed by Python.The research shows that under the premise of ecological constraints,enterprises which actively construct an innovative ecological recycling system,the government that provides reasonable compensation policies and the public active cooperation become a stable and balanced strategy of the three-party game model of the airport industry chain from the perspective of urban ecological development;Under this strategy,when one party chooses the equalization strategy,the other two parties can gradually tend to stabilize the equilibrium state with the increase of the probability of the equilibrium strategy,and realize the optimal strategy solution set.The study strengthens the protection of the regional ecological environment under the guidance of the urban ecological concept,coordinates the interest relationship between the enterprises in the airport,the government and the surrounding public,and optimizes the industrial selection mechanism of the demonstration zone.
