摘要
随着供给侧结构改革的推进,从供给侧分析产业结构升级机制受到广泛关注。本文从产业高端化、资源利用效率化和发展绿色化三个视角,构建产业结构升级指标体系,基于我国2004~2017年宏观经济数据,通过建立联立方程模型分析要素成本、科技创新与产业结构升级之间关系。研究发现,要素成本的变动通过影响科技创新,然后作用于产业结构升级;劳动力价格的合理化促进了科技创新水平,带动产业结构升级;固定资产价格的快速上涨会恶化创新环境,不利于产业结构升级。政府应进一步深化要素市场改革,采取合理方式调控价格变动,从源头上激励企业从事创新,以此带动产业结构升级。
With the advancement of the supply-side structure reform,the analysis of the industrial structure upgrading mechanism from the supply side has received extensive attention.This paper constructs an industrial structure upgrading index system from the perspectives of high-end industrialization,resource utilization efficiency and green development.Based on China's 2004-2017 macroeconomic data,it analyzes the relationship among factor cost,science and technological innovation and industrial structure upgrading by establishing a simultaneous equation model.The study finds that the change of factor cost affects the innovation of science and technology,and then acts on the upgrading of industrial structure.The rationalization of labor price promotes the level of scientific and technological innovation and then promotes the upgrading of industrial structure.The rapid rise of fixed asset prices will worsen the innovation environment and is not conducive to the upgrading of industrial structure.The government should further deepen the reform of the factor market,develop a reasonable way to regulate price changes,and encourage enterprises to engage in innovation from the source,thereby driving the upgrading of the industrial structure.
