摘要
离心泵流量远小于额定流量时,会出现温度升高、振动、能耗增大甚至安全事故等问题.因此,流量波动较大时,通常在泵出口主管上设置一条小流量回流支管.对常规小流量管道的设置方法进行流程优化,增设自动调节阀与泵出口流量联锁控制装置;对其中的小流量管道管径、限流孔板、调节阀等进行优化设计计算,讨论需要注意的事项.通过将该优化设计方法应用于工程实例,可为企业减少操作人员的劳动成本,有效延长离心泵使用寿命.
When the flow rate of centrifugal pump is far less than the rated flow rate,there will be problems such as temperature rise,vibration,energy consumption increase and even safety accidents. Therefore,when the flow fluctuation is large,a small flow reflux branch pipe is usually installed on the pump outlet main pipe. The process optimization of conventional low-flow pipeline setting method is carried out,and the interlock control device of automatic regulating valve and pump outlet flow is add- ed. The pipe diameter,orifice plate and regulating valve of low-flow pipeline are calculated and opti- mized,and the matters needing attention are discussed. Through the application of this optimization design method to engineering examples,it is found that the method can reduce the labor cost of opera- tors and prolong the life of centrifugal pump effectively.
