摘要 光伏高渗透电网是电力电子化电力系统的典型场景之一。大规模光伏并网后,将显著影响电网动态频率特性。首先研究了不平衡功率冲击下电网频率变化规律,并分阶段解析了其典型响应轨迹的特征;其次,基于光伏发电系统模型,指明其区别于水电和火电等常规电源的主要差异特征,以及其在电网频率变化各阶段所起到的不同作用;再次,提出了改善频率响应特性的应对措施。最后,针对光伏高渗透交直流混联实际电网,仿真验证了频率动态特性分析的正确性以及应对措施的有效性。 Power grid with highly penetrated photovoltaics is one of the typical scenes of power electronic power system.Large-scale photovoltaic access significantly affects the dynamic frequency characteristics of the power grid.In this paper,the frequency variation law o f power grid under unbalanced power impact is studied firstly,and the characteristics of typical response trajectory are analyzed by stages.Secondly,based on the model of photovoltaic power generation system,its differences to traditional power sources are pointed out,as well as its effect in different phases of frequency variation.Thirdly,the countermeasures to improve frequency response characteristics are put forward.Finally,the simulation results o f the hybrid HVDC-AC power grid with highly penetrated photovoltaics verify correctness of the frequency dynamic characteristic analysis and effectiveness of the countermeasures.
