摘要
近年来,随着旅游业的高速发展,中国旅游业出现培养的旅游管理人才不能满足旅游业人才需求的结构性矛盾问题。如何培养出满足社会需求的旅游人才已经成为当前需要解决的重要问题。虽然各大高校以及实业界积极探索旅游业人才培养模式,但仍有很大的改革空间。为完善我国旅游人才培养质量,文章对当前我国旅游管理人才培养存在的问题进行分析,并提出了创新旅游人才培养模式的对策和建议。
In recent years,with the rapid development of tourism,there is a structural problem that the tourism management talents cannot meet the demand of tourism talents.How to cultivate tourism talents to meet social needs has become an important problem.Although universities and the industry are actively exploring the training mode of tourism talents,there is still a lot of problems unsolved.In order to improve the quality of tourism talent training in China,this paper analyzes the existing problems of tourism management talent training in China,and puts forward the suggestions for innovating tourism talens training mode.
