摘要
随着我国教学体制的不断改革,文科硕士研究生的数量不断增加。在新时期背景下,我国对人才的需求在质和量方面发生深刻变化,硕士研究生培养质量,直接关系到我国知识创新能力的强弱,对整个国家社会经济持续发展有重要意义。党的十八大以来,习近平总书记就"传统文化"发表了一系列重要讲话,指出中国优秀传统文化能够"增强做中国人的骨气和底气",是我们最深厚的文化软实力,是我们文化发展的母体,积淀着中华民族最深沉的精神追求。继承和发展中国优秀文化传统是当代重建中国文化自信的必经过程,只有立足于优秀传统文化之根,才能实现中华民族的伟大复兴。与传统文化密切相关的高校文史类学科在培养人才方面,应当积极响应习总书记的讲话精神,进一步认识传统文化对于研究生专业学习、个人素质培养等方面的意义,重塑传统文化教育体系,提高治学水平,进而达到传承中国文化自信的目的。基于此,文章立足文科硕士研究生培养模式,探讨了传统文化在文科硕士研究生培养模式中的具体应用。
With the continuous reform of the teaching system in China, the number of graduate students in liberal arts continues to increase. In the context of the new era, China’s demand for talents has undergone profound changes in quality and quantity. The quality of master’s degree training is directly related to the strength of China’s knowledge innovation capability and is of great significance to the sustainable development of the country’s social economy. Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, General Secretary Xi Jinping has issued a series of important speeches on "traditional culture", pointing out that China’s excellent traditional culture can "enhance the bones and emboldened of being a Chinese" and is our deepest cultural soft power. It is the mother of our cultural development, and has accumulated the deepest spiritual pursuit of the Chinese nation. The inheritance and development of the Chinese excellent cultural tradition is the inevitable factor of the contemporary reconstruction of the Chinese culture self-confidence, and only the root of the excellent traditional culture can guarantee the sustained and healthy growth of the Chinese nation. It is necessary to further understand the significance of the traditional culture to the study of the graduate students and the cultivation of the individual’s quality, to remold the traditional culture and education system and to improve the level of the study, so as to achieve the purpose of transmitting the Chinese culture self-confidence. Based on this, the article is based on the training mode of master’s degree in liberal arts, and discusses the specific application of traditional culture in the training mode of master’s degree in liberal arts.
