摘要
立足武夷学院办学所在地武夷山市的茶文化特色,及茶与食品学院专业办学情况,增进学生对地域茶文化的认知度,体现应用型大学服务地方茶产业的需求。从课程增设的可能性、增设的必要性、课程开发设置构想等三大方面,就武夷学院茶学专业增设校本课程《武夷茶文化》的开发进行研究。
Combined with Wuyishan City’sregional tea culture characteristics of Wuyi University and the actual educational situation of College of Tea and Food Science,in order to improve students’ understanding of regional tea culture and reflect the needs of application-oriented universities to serve local tea industry. From the three aspects of the possibility, necessity and conception of curriculum development, this paper studies the development of the new school-based course Wuyi Tea Culture for the undergraduate tea major.
