摘要
目的观察高血压性脑出血患者运用个性化护理干预的临床效果.方法92例高血压性脑出血患者,按照掷硬币法分为观察组和对照组,各46例.对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用个性化护理干预.比较两组患者不良情绪评分、护理满意度及并发症发生情况.结果干预后,两组患者的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均较本组治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的并发症发生率为4.35%,低于对照组的17.39%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组护理满意度为95.65%,高于对照组的80.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论临床上给予高血压性脑出血患者个性化护理干预,一方面可以减轻患者的负面情绪,另一方面还能预防并发症,从而提高患者满意度,值得推广.
Objective To observe the clinical effect of individualized nursing intervention on patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 92 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were divided into observation group and control group by coin tossing method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing intervention,and the observation group received individualized nursing intervention.The adverse mood score,nursing satisfaction and complications was compared in the two groups.Results After intervention,the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)score was lower than those before treatment,and the the observation group was lower than the control group.Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was 4.35%in the observation group,which was lower than 17.39%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The degree of satisfaction with nursing was 95.65%in the observation group,which was higher than 80.43%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized nursing intervention can not only reduce the negative emotions of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,but also can prevent complications,so as to improve the satisfaction of patients.It is worth popularizing.
