摘要
目的探究脑科多功能引流固定装置在脑室出血外引流护理中的价值.方法50例自发性脑室出血患者,根据护理方法不同分为实验组与对照组,各25例.实验组采用脑科多功能引流固定装置,对照组采用常规引流袋.观察比较两组患者的治疗效果、颅内感染发生情况及总满意度评分.结果实验组治疗优良率92.00%(23/25)高于对照组的68.00%(17/25),颅内感染发生率4.00%(1/24)低于对照组的24.00(6/25),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).实验组总满意度评分为(69.21±1.25)分,明显高于对照组的(60.21±1.28)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论自发性脑室出血患者应用脑科多功能引流固定装置更利于提升治疗效果,降低颅内感染发生率,患者满意度高,值得临床推广.
Objective To investigate the value of multi-functional drainage fixator in external drainage nursing of ventricular hemorrhage.Methods A total of 50 patients with spontaneous ventricular hemorrhage were divided by different nursing methods into experimental group and control group,with 25 cases in each group.The experimental group received multi-functional drainage fixator,and the control group received conventional drainage bag.The therapeutic effect,occurrence of intracranial infection and total satisfaction score in two groups was observed and compared.Results The excellent-good rate of treatment 92.00%(23/25)in the experimental group was higher than 68.00%(17/25)in the control group,and incidence of of intracranial infection 4.00%(1/24)was lower than 24.00(6/25)in the control group.Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction score was(69.21±1.25)points in the experimental group,which was higher than(60.21±1.28)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with spontaneous ventricular hemorrhage,multi-functional drainage fixator is more conducive to improving the therapeutic effect,reducing the incidence of intracranial infection,with high degree of satisfaction.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
