摘要
本文使用2013年的CMDS和CHIP数据,研究了我国劳动力市场上不同户籍身份劳动者群体的工作时间及其差距。我国劳动者的工作时间总体上偏长,且户籍差距明显。采用基于非参数匹配的分解方法对工作时间的户籍差距进行分解的结果表明,在不考虑小时工资时,外地城镇男、外地城镇女、外地农村男、外地农村女性劳动者与同性别本地户籍劳动者的工作时间差距中,户籍歧视分别占61%、8%、63%和45%。将小时工资纳入考虑后,上述四个群体在工作时间方面受歧视程度分别上升到91%、35%、90%和72%。工作时间的户籍歧视与小时工资有紧密联系,与其他就业特征(职业、行业、单位所有制)也有一定关系。
This paper uses the 2013 CMDS and CHIP data to study the working hours and gaps of different household reg istration groups in the labor market in China.The working hours of Chinese workers are generally long,and the gap in household registration is obvious.Using the decomposition method based on non-parametric matching,this paper decomposes the house hold registration gap in working hours.Results show that when not taking the hourly wage,the working time gap between males in urban areas,urban women in foreign countries,rural males in rural areas,rural female laborers in the field and local registered laborers of the same gender into account,household registration discrimination accounts for 61%,8%,63%and 45%respective ly.When taking the hourly wages into account,the degree of discrimination in working hours of the above four groups rise to 91%,35%,90%and 72%respectively.Household registration discrimination during working hours is closely related to hourly wages,and is also related to other employment characteristics(occupation,industry,unit ownership)to some degree.
